Trap Neuter Return
Trap Neuter Return (TNR) is the best way of managing community cat populations. When unaltered cats are dumped by their owners they reproduce rapidly and then an overpopulation of cats in the urban and suburban areas increase. TNR humanely traps cats, gets them fixed and vaccinated and returns them to their safe areas. If the cats are social or need medical attention, they will be taken into foster and be available for adoption (if this is the best option for them).
